Locally owned since 1977, Referral Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a part time office assistant.
We provide a wholesome environment and friendly co-workers.
Responsibilities will include; Supporting office manager and owner in daily office operations, inbound calls and outbound calls to our client base – soft sales/no cold calling, scheduling jobs, creating work orders/invoices, receiving in shop work, light housekeeping and a variety of other tasks.
Typical schedule will consist of 25 hours per week.
Starting pay up to $15.00 an hour commensurate on experience.
Required qualifications; Diploma or GED, Excellent English and Communication Skills, Basic Math Skills, Computer and Typing Skills, Reliable/Dependable Attendance, Clean/Professional Appearance, Teachable/Coachable – we will train the right person.
