I was born in Waycross, Georgia, and raised there until I was 17 years old. I moved to Fort Wayne, IN, to complete my senior year at Homestead High School. I finished, and I went down to IUPUI with hopes of playing basketball. It did not go the way that I planned, and I ended up leaving the school in my 3rd year of college. In January of 2013, I moved back to Fort Wayne. I started working at small jobs like Menards, Best Buy, Therma Tru Doors, and New Life Chiropractic till I felt God calling me to Brotherhood Mutual. I was there for four years and worked my way to a licensed Senior Corporate Agent. I felt God calling me to build something which allows peoples to find a community easier. This prompting caused me to start working on a mobile web site called Connect, which will be going live in the Fall of 2020. I met Melissa Montana at a Global Leadership Summit, and we got to talking about what God was doing in our lives. We found out that we both have a passion for partnering with churches to encourage and uplift our community. I joined the STAR team as the new Morning Show Host/ Director of Outreach in February, and it was the best move I have ever made.
