Starting pay: $20-23/hour (More or less based on experience and skills)
Applicants must:
- Be dependable
- Be capable of effectively working for extended periods of time without direct supervision
- Be ready and focused to learn new things
- Have an aptitude for working with their hands
- Be able to work well with other team members
- Be capable of lifting 50lbs on a regular basis
- Must have valid drivers’ license
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Responsibilities:
- Fixing maintenance issues with rentals
- Doing their part to learn new skills
- Operating a wide variety of construction equipment and tools
- Potential responsibilities: cleaning, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing,
- HVAC, appliance repair, flooring, drywall, yard work and general manual labor.
