The Preschool Director oversees all aspects of the preschool program (2 year old through Pre-K), including curriculum development, staff supervision, parent engagement, and operational management. This role ensures the preschool reflects the church’s values and provides a safe, enriching environment for children to encounter Jesus.
Qualifications
- Member of Faith Baptist Church or willing to become one
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (Early Childhood preferred) or Indiana Preschool-K Certification or equivalent
- Experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
- CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
- Pass background check
- Passion for ministry and child development
