More than 100 employees are stepping away from their desks and machines to pick up hammers, lift walls, and dedicate an hour of their workday to constructing panels for two homes that will soon bless local families.
Since 2020, Fort Wayne Metals has hosted annual panel builds—starting with one home each year through 2021, and expanding to two homes in 2023 and 2024. This tradition reflects their deep commitment to helping build stronger, more vibrant communities in Fort Wayne and beyond.
