Melissa Montana welcomes Julie Hess, the Director of the Annual NIHRA Conference! The Northeast Indiana Human Resources Association (NIHRA) is the local chapter of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in the northeast Indiana region. Their chapter serves 11 counties: Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Elkhart, Huntington, Jay, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wells, and Whitley. Their purpose is to enhance the HR profession, empower individuals and organizations by advancing HR practices, and create a world of work that benefits everyone. The Evolution of HR NIHRA Conference will be held on May 15th from 7:30am-4:30pm at Kruse Plaza.
