Today on Conversation, Melissa Montana is joined by Thomas McArthur, CEO & President of The Rescue Mission. Thomas discusses the upcoming National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week that will kick off this coming Monday, November 18th. The Rescue Mission wants to draw attention to the poverty, food insecurity, and homelessness issue happening in Northeast Indiana. Volunteers nationwide are partnering with their local organizations to help educate the community about these critical issues. Events happening this week include a donation drive, public panel discussion, and a day of prayer.
