As discussed last time, people can either be external or internal processors. This means that they have different ways of working things out. External processing is always talking about what’s on that person’s mind. They could be brainstorming ideas, venting frustrations, or talking excitedly. Meanwhile, internal processing is when they’re quiet about everything and process information in their heads. They like to plan everything they say before talking out loud. You can learn a lot about someone whether they’re external or internal processors.
