Do you ever feel like you really want to hold onto your anger? It’s something that we all want to do, but it’s not healthy at all. It’s better to start softening your heart than hardening your anger. Think before you lash out, take a step back, start breathing, ground yourself into reality, and let go of your anger. If you can’t soften your heart when you’re already upset, try thinking of ways you can do that on your own time.
