Parkview’s Her Heart Challenge is about women taking time to take care of themselves. Jill Zahm, Program Director for the Her Heart Challenge, talks about what the 12 week program looks like and the application process. The deadline will say June 1st, but she has chosen to allow applications to be submitted until June 5th.
