Fort Wayne Public Works says that ever since Red River set up a new route schedule for trash and recycling pickup, complaints about missed collections have gone down. City Councilman Russ Jehl says he’s encouraged about the improvement, but that after a year of sub-par service customers still deserve some sort of refund.
