This position will be based out of our South Whitley Location.
In this role, you will….
Serve as the first point of contact for employees with questions, issues, suggestions or concerns.
Processes payroll, garnishments, and benefits using Kronos / Payserv.
Tracks FMLA & Workers Compensation Claims.
Coordinate staffing process. Completes background and reference checks, arrange drug screenings and other onboarding requirements.
Act as a resource for new hires as they complete the new hire process
Utilizing our Workforce Management System (WFMS), process new hire paperwork, employee change forms, personnel action forms, staffing changes etc.
Coordinates and supports seasonal new hire orientation and onboarding schedules for new leaders
Assist in the recruiting process by keeping job boards up to date with the most current data.
Reviews applications/resumes, matching to minimum requirements of each job posting with the goal of reducing the candidate pool for interviews to only those with the highest potential for hire.
Maintains Party Hosts Personnel Files
Coordinate the interview process with relevant company stakeholders
Assists in coordinating hiring events, scheduling space, and interview support.
Coordinate and assist in the communication of events for employees.
Seek to improve the processes by which we deliver employee recognition and rewards.

2 – 3 years of Human Resources or experience in an administrative role preferably in HR
Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
High comfort level working with online ADP or Kronos/Payserv Platform
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while delivering continuous results
Ability to work independently with general direction
Ability to see and link the pieces of the big picture together across all functions
Superior organization, prioritizing, and self-motivation skills.
Strong computer literacy skills with the Microsoft Office Suite. Especially Excel. & Powerpoint
