HELP WANTED!! Seeking a part time transaction coordinator for small real estate brokerage in Columbia City who can work well in a positive/fast paced environment. Job duties include working with buyers and sellers as well as real estate agents, title companies and lending institutions to facilitate and manage transactions from contract signing through closing. Proficient follow through and problem solving skills are a must as well as excellent organization skills to be able to keep many parties up to date and on the same page as far as the progress of transaction. Job duties include scheduling, tracking each step of the closing process, coordinating and following up with all parties to ensure transactions stay on schedule and close on time. Must be proficient with Microsoft word, adobe acrobat, general typing, and able to adapt and quickly learn web based platform used for organization and tasking. Good follow through, systematic organization abilities, and any prior experience with real estate a plus! Position is approximately 20 hours per week M-F 10-2. Please email with questions .
