The RN will work as part of the nursing team to assess resident needs, plan and modify care and implement interventions.The registered nurse (RN) assumes planning, responsibility, and accountability for resident care of a designated neighborhood for one shift and in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company/facility policies, procedures and care plans.
