Office Coordinator

Growing Engineering company in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and administrative tasks to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization. This newly created position requires a candidate with excellent organization and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to deal with people are a must.


Coordination of office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Implement and support office systems
Assist in development and support of standard operating procedures
Marketing via social media and other avenues
Vendor relationship management
Assist President with planning and growth


3-5 years’ experience in office management or executive support role
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Reliable with patience and professionalism
