 Ministry Administrative Support Specialist

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

 

Administrative support to Ministry Office Coordinator and Operations Manager. Includes assisting with consultation and client service assignments, direct mail projects, and other related assignments and projects. Basic bookkeeping.

Maintains ministry databases using data/cloud management system. (i.e. storybooks, development, client management) Use online technology platforms to perform assignments.

Assist with the coordination of content and materials for workshops, events, presentations and oral reports for consultations, and other public presentations.

Follows production schedules and process for all ministry newsletters and content, appeals, and ministry communication projects.

Support the ministry consultation and client services team in all aspects of consultation process and provides extra-ordinary care in client customer service. Adheres to all deadlines, systems, and procedures for carrying out ministry services.

Assist with development activities, reporting, and tracking.

Follows all procedures and process for completing projects with highest level of accuracy and attention to details.

Must be able to use key time management practices to achieve most efficient and effective results.

Other duties as assigned.
