Before/After School Care Supervisor

Essential Job Functions • Maintain appropriate and accurate financial records, such as • Scheduling workers to ensure proper staffing coverage • Purchasing and organizing snacks and inventory • Billing – check students in/out and apply charges in database • Sanitize and sort/organize toys and games • Manage rotation/planning of student enrichment activities • Train new staff • Other duties as assigned Technical Requirements • Computer literacy, including programs such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) • High school graduate or GED • Previous childcare leadership experience preferred • Clear record as determined by a comprehensive background check Spiritual Life • Ideal candidate evidences a lifestyle that reflects a dynamic relationship with Christ. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Pro-active and dependable. • Must be willing to perform other duties as required in a spirit of servitude. Measured by • 30-60-90 Review & Annual Performance Reviews given by the Day School Prinicipal with input from appropriate staff Hours: Part time (22-25 hours Monday-Friday), hourly position. 7-8:30 AM & 3-5:30 PM M-F – additional hours are for administrative/supervisory duties and are variable. Salary: Commensurate with experience in accordance with the unified salary scale of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church & School
