Eric Tamashasky - Indiana Youth Institute Forum on Cyber Safety and Social Media

With the advancement of social media, cybercrimes are on the increase. Eric Tamashasky, head of cybercrimes with the St. Joesph County Police Department, talks with Melissa Montana about personal protection from cybercrimes. 

Eric will be the guest speaker at a free forum hosted by Indiana Youth Institute and community partners.  The forum titled, "Cyber Safety and Social Media", will be held on Tuesday, April 11 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Beeson Clubhouse in Winchester, IN. Eric will discuss issues ranging from personal privacy and scams, to law enforcement investigative techniques, and protections from cyberbullying, sexting and sextortion.
