Join the Music Team
As a member of the STAR 88.3 Music Team, you help us decide what songs get played on the station! Here’s how it works:
- About every other week, we send you a survey that includes short clips of several songs to listen to. (Usually 15-20 songs).
- It’s mobile friendly so it’s easy to participate using your phone or tablet!
- For each song, you’ll be asked for only one response.
- We will then ask a question or two to get your feedback on other things about the station and how we can serve you better.
We occasionally offer chances to win prizes for completing a survey along with being included in special offers that are only available to members of the STAR 88.3 Music Team.
It’s free to signup! Once you are registered, you will receive an invitation to the next survey (when it’s made available.) It will include a link to where you can just click and go without having to remember your username and password.

Song submissions
It’s very rare that a music station in this day in age can break a song or an artist. While we encourage local artists to pursue their gifting, we also want to help you in any way we can by giving you direction on what we feel would be most beneficial for you. We have strong relationships with many promoters throughout the country who specialize in working songs by independent Christian artists to radio. We encourage you to contact these promoters who can help you better understand how this elaborate process of getting your songs on the radio really works:
