Vine’s Table

Vine's Table is a farm-to-fork dinner event being held at Union 12 in Columbia City, IN in partnership with the Make-A-Wish foundation to raise funds to fulfill Vine Larame's wish of building a medical clinic in his father's home country of Haiti.  The Larame family are missionaries who serve the Cap Haitien area of Haiti.  Their son Vine was born with a rare genetic disorder called OEIS complex that will require him to have complicated surgeries for the rest of his life.  As a result, Vine was granted a Make-A-Wish request.  The Larame family has decided to use their Make-A-Wish opportunity to serve other children in Haiti who are in desperate need of surgeries not available to them in Haiti.  Vine's family will be building a medical facility where doctors from the Ft. Wayne/Indianapolis area will travel to perform surgeries on children and offer other medical care to families in the Cap Haitien area.  The total cost to purchase the land and build the facility is $250,000.  We are holding this event to raise the funds needed to fulfill Vine's wish to serve children and families for years to come.  The dinner will feature food prepared by award winning chefs Bun Lim and Aaron Clay.  Ticket purchase will include dinner and live music from the band Night to Remember.
