Mindfulness in the Workplace

Mindfulness in the work place; what does that look like and how can you achieve it.  “Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally”. Mindfulness can strengthen and create neuropathways in the areas of the brain that promote more calmness and a variety of other positive changes that can be beneficial to our well-being.
