Cancer Services 14th annual Tribute Dinner

The Tribute Dinner is a time to honor people touched by cancer and the caregivers and physicians in our community. Please join us for this inspiring evening that will support local people touched by cancer.

We are honored to welcome cancer survivor Chad Crittenden, who appeared on 2004 season of "Survivor: Vanuatu," as our the featured speaker for the 14th annual Tribute Dinner on September 5, 2018.

Crittenden underwent an amputation of his right foot after a cancerous tumor was discovered. He would go on to compete as the first amputee on "Survivor."

Crittenden has continued to compete in triathlons, snowboarding, marathons and mountain-climbing. As a husband, father and cancer survivor of more than 10 years, he will share how to overcome obstacles and finding the will to survive.
