***2nd Shift, Experienced Line Cook for Hotel Restaurant and Bar***

The Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center is hiring! We are currently seeking an outgoing, friendly, hospitality driven individual to join our culinary team as Line Cook. This is primarily a 2nd shift position. The ideal candidate must be open to working weekends and holidays.

Prior experience working in a kitchen is preferred, however not required.

Position Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible and efficient.
Ability to understand and comply with proper food preparation, cooking, handling and storage. Ability to understand and comply with kitchen sanitation, safety and equipment usage
Ability to interact with guests in a positive and professional manner is critical
Ability to multi-task and assist with additional responsibilities as directed by the Restaurant Chef and Manager

Part-time and Full-time positions available.

All Team Members are eligible to participate in the Hilton Team Member Travel Program.
